TPSEP(Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic Partnership Agreement、日本国は当事者でないため公式の日本語訳は存在しないが、他の類似する協定の訳を参考にすると「環太平洋戦略的経済連携協定」)は環太平洋地域の4つの国によって、さまざまな経済政策に関して締約された貿易協定(条約)である。この協定は2005年にブルネイ、チリ、シンガポール、 ニュージーランドによって署名され、2006年に発効した。この協定は、物品貿易、原産地規則、貿易救済措置、衛生植物検疫措置の適用に関する協定、貿易の技術的障壁、サービス貿易、知的財産、政府調達、競争政策に関係する包括的な貿易協定である。締約国間のすべての関税を2006年1月1日までに90%減少させ、2015年までにゼロにすることを定めている。[7]
