Sorry for not knowing proper Japanese. You could also include Libians or Livs in Latvia nationalies. They are ~0,008% but still are considered one of two basic nationalities in Latvia.

I have added Livs and also Latgalians to the demographics section. Furthermore, I also briefly refered to Livonian and Latgalian languages, which are protected by Latvian laws.
