ヤルバ県とユゲバ県の項目が一部逆転しているのではないだろうか？

Can you please update the 民族 data, its now エストニア人 =69,0% ロシア人 = 25,4% ウクライナ人 = 2,0% ベラルーシ人= 1% その他 =2,3% This is for 2012, source Estonian database. It seems the population number is up to date, but not that table. Also the cause is that Estonians have higher birth rate then the other nations, so our % grows.
