パレスチナ解放機構執行委員会議長[1]（パレスチナかいほうきこうしっこういいんかいぎちょう（Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization）、パレスチナ解放機構議長（Chairman of the Palestine Liberation Organization）としても知られる）は、パレスチナ解放機構（PLO）執行委員会（PLO EC）（1964年に設立されたPLO指導部）の指導者である。議長は国際連合のような国際社会でPLOとパレスチナ人を代表する。議長はPLO EC委員により選出される[2]。
