葛飾区と市川市は接していない。ごくわずかに接しているのは江戸川区と松戸市である。

小川宏は金町在住ですが出身は墨田区向島界隈です

A question about the first character[編集]

The first character, 葛, appears different in different fonts on my system. In some fonts the inside of the 勹 part looks like 匕, while in other fonts it looks like 亾.

The informational message at the top of this article mentions that it should look like 亾. This is how it appears in the image, and in the lead, but not in the title.

So what is going on? Are these variants of the same character? If so, why is the 匕-version wrong? Or are they different characters? If so, why are they encoded at the same Unicode code-point and do we have to use lang="zh" to make the correct one show up?
