ノート:ルブリン県

I have changed the name of the actual governor form Andrzej Kurowski (who has left his office already in 2005) to Wojciech Wilk (who assumed his office in 2014) [between them there were 3 other governors]. I only dont know how to input the katakana within Wikipedia. I was looking for them in the character sets above and couldn't find. So I have copied and pasted from MS Word.
