キハラハント 愛（Kihara-Hunt Ai）は、日本の法学者、元国際公務員。専門は国際人権法、国際人道法、国際機関法、法の支配。東京大学大学院総合文化研究科教授。東京大学大学院総合文化研究科グローバル地域研究機構（IAGS）持続的平和研究センター（RCSP）センター長。国連システム学術評議会（ACUNS)セクレタリー。元日本国際平和構築協会事務局長。

学歴[編集]

1997年、青山学院大学国際政治経済学部卒業。1998年、サセックス大学大学院修了（農村開発学修士）。2004年、エセックス大学大学院修了（国際人権法修士） 。2015年、エセックス大学大学院修了（法学博士（Ph.D.））。

国際連合人権高等弁務官事務所（OHCHR）ネパール事務所人権担当官・治安部門担当官、欧州安全保障協力機構（OSCE）ボスニア・ヘルツェゴヴィナ事務所選挙管理委員、国際連合東ティモール・ミッションディリ事務所選挙管理委員、国際連合東ティモール暫定行政機構人権部人権担当官、東ティモールにおける受容真実和解委員会広報・コミュニティアウトリーチ部広報・コミュニティアウトリーチ担当官、国際連合地雷アクションセンター・難民を助ける会地雷回避教育教材開発コンサルタント（アフガニスタン・日本）、国連難民高等弁務官事務所（UNHCR）スリランカ・キリノッチ事務所プロテクション担当官、エセックス大学人権センター研究担当官、国際歯科教育支援機構（OISDE）東ティモール事務所代表、OHCHR特別手続き人権担当官 、OHCHRネパール・ダンガディ事務所事務所長、OHCHRネパール事務所プロジェクトマネージャーなどを経て、2022年から東京大学大学院総合文化研究科教授。2017年、日本国際平和構築協会事務局長。
