The R32 Skyline was built from 1989-94. It was available as either a 2 door coupe or 4 door hardtop sedan. The upspec models got a 2.6 litre 6 cyl and the GTR got a twin turbo version producing over 300hp. It also got 4WD, big brakes, aluminium front guards and bonnet and front and rear guards were flared. The Skyline GT-R 'Nismo' was introduced in 1990. Only 500 of the cars were sold to the public, with 60 being held by Nissan to turn into race cars. Its purpose is to homologate a number of aerodynamic changes used in Group A racing. Changes include additional ducts in the front bumper to improve airflow to the intercooler, a bonnet lip spoiler to direct more air into the engine bay, and an additional boot lip spoiler to provide more downforce. The 'Nismo' GT-R was only available in Gunmetal Grey In 1991 the GTR N1 was available, only 228 made, this car had the N1 spec engine, and was lightened, very basic interior, all white.
